Payment Processing
All Wedorable Premium subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, taxes, and refund processing.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:
- Go to Dashboard โ Settings in your Wedorable account
- Click Manage Subscription to access the Paddle customer portal
- Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription
Alternatively, you can contact us at support@wedorable.love and we will assist you.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to Premium features until the period ends
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
- Your data is not deleted โ wedding pages, guest lists, photos, and other content remain accessible on the free plan (subject to free plan limitations)
Refunds
Standard Refund Policy
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle's billing system:
- Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason (EU right of withdrawal)
- After 14 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused service periods
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@wedorable.love with your account email and we will process the refund through Paddle.
Please note: If you have actively used Premium features during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the service already provided, as permitted under EU law.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@wedorable.love with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- We will process your request within 5 business days
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Paddle.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription periods that have already fully elapsed
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Free Plan
Wedorable offers a free plan with core features. You can use Wedorable without ever subscribing to Premium. Downgrading from Premium to Free does not result in data loss.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
