Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wedorable platform operated by Dimitrios Sourailidis IT-Consulting (Freelancer, Germany). By creating an account or using Wedorable, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Wedorable website, application, and all related services
• "User" or "you" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Content" refers to text, images, photos, data, and other materials uploaded to or created on the Platform
• "Premium" refers to paid subscription plans with additional features

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than wedding planning and related activities
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Premium Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that sells you the subscription, handles billing, taxes, and payment compliance.

By subscribing to a Premium plan, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), as calculated by Paddle
• Paddle manages all invoicing, receipts, and tax compliance

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle's customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Wedorable platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Dimitrios Sourailidis IT-Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all Content you upload to Wedorable
• By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you and your guests
• This license terminates when you delete the Content or your account
• You represent that you have the right to upload all Content you submit

Guest-Uploaded Content

• Wedding guests may upload photos and other content through your wedding's camera feature
• As the wedding organizer, you are responsible for moderating guest-uploaded content
• Wedorable is not liable for content uploaded by guests

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All data will be preserved indefinitely
• The Platform will meet all your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dimitrios Sourailidis IT-Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
